Post-market monitoring
Post-market monitoring is the ongoing tracking of an AI system's performance and risks after deployment, an explicit obligation for high-risk systems under the EU AI Act.
It is governance’s acknowledgement that approval is a moment and risk is continuous. In practice it is where your AI observability feeds the compliance record: what the system did in the wild, and what you did about it.
